Half-year review of Dassault Systèmes' liquidity contract
As of December 31, 2025, Dassault Systèmes announced the results of its liquidity contract with Oddo BHF SCA. A significant balance of 925,197 shares and €5,384,754.01 in cash was available. By comparison, at the contract's inception, no shares were held and €10 million in cash was provided. Subsequent contributions increased the total to €20 million before the June 2019 update, which showed 62,557 shares and €17,496,140.38 in cash in the account.
During the second half of 2025, 20,126 buy transactions and 22,371 sell transactions were executed. The trading volumes were 4,863,746 shares for €128,747,093 for buys and 4,796,309 shares for €128,114,812.54 for sells. These transactions demonstrate Dassault Systèmes' commitment to maintaining effective liquidity for its shares.
