Half-Year Liquidity Contract Update: Dassault Systèmes and Oddo BHF SCA

On December 31, 2025, Dassault Systèmes reported significant figures regarding their liquidity contract with Oddo BHF SCA. At the end of the year, the liquidity contract showed ownership of 925,197 Dassault Systèmes shares alongside a cash balance of €5,384,754.01. The initial resources at the contract's implementation in 2015 included €10 million in cash without shares. Further contributions increased the resources to €20 million by 2018. As of the most recent update in 2019, 62,557 stocks and €17,496,140.38 in cash were held. From July to December 2025, the contract facilitated 20,126 purchases and 22,371 sales, involving a total turnover of 4,863,746 stocks purchased and 4,796,309 sold, matching capital transactions over €128 million.
