Haffner Energy publishes its 2025-2026 Annual Report

On July 28, 2026, Haffner Energy announced the closing of its accounts and the release of its Annual Report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company and consolidated financial statements were approved by the Board of Directors on July 27, 2026, following the initial review on June 24. The consolidated results, although already estimated and published on June 25, were pending the completion of the audit procedures before being finalized.

The report will be available online from July 29, 2026. A General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for September 28, 2026, at the company's registered office in Vitry-le-François. Documents relating to this Meeting, including draft resolutions, will be available by September 11, 2026.
