Gurit Announces Changes in the Executive Board
Gurit Holding AG has announced changes in its executive leadership team. Dr. Javier Perez-Freije, who has served as Chief Financial Officer and interim CEO, will depart at the end of November 2025. Dr. Perez-Freije joined Gurit in May 2024, taking on the interim CEO role in October 2024, providing crucial leadership through a transitional phase.
Dr. Tobias Lührig has been appointed as the new permanent CEO and will begin his role on July 1, 2025. Gurit has initiated the search for a new CFO and will announce the appointment at a later date. The Board of Directors appreciates Dr. Perez-Freije's contributions, particularly during a period of strategic realignment.
