From June 22 to June 26, 2026, Guillemot Corporation S.A. engaged in share buyback operations, in line with relevant regulations. These operations, executed by an independent investment services provider, occurred on Euronext Paris. The transactions aimed to buy back shares at varying volumes and prices across different days.
On June 22, the company repurchased 100,000 shares at an average price of €4.42. The following day, June 23, 1,078 shares were bought at €4.2942 each. On June 24, a total of 3,068 shares were repurchased at €4.2249 per share. Finally, on June 25, 887 shares were acquired at €4.0762.
These buybacks form part of Guillemot's strategic program to optimize share value and capitalize on market opportunities.
