Guanajuato Silver Reports Results of Annual General Meeting

Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has announced the results of its 2026 Annual General Meeting held on June 30 in Vancouver. All nominees listed in the management information circular were elected as directors. The voting results show strong support for the candidates, with James Anderson receiving 90.144% of votes in favor. Other directors elected include William Gehlen with 90.098%, Daniel Oliver, Jr. with 90.163%, Miranda Werstiuk with 90.022%, and David Paxton with 90.038%. Richard Silas received a lower percentage of 73.579% in favor.
