Guanajuato Silver Reports Q3 2026 Production Increase
Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (GSilver) has announced its production results for Q3 2026. The company, which operates mines in Mexico, reported a 13.7% rise in silver equivalent (AgEq) ounces, totaling 683,675, compared to the previous quarter. This marks a 49.4% increase from Q3 2025's production.
CEO James Anderson highlighted significant capital expenditures aimed at boosting underground development across operations, contributing to increased production. The Bolanitos mine, in particular, surpassed its full-year 2025 development meterage by achieving over 3,500 meters since April 2026.
Key production figures for Q3 2026 include 392,138 ounces of silver and 3,771 ounces of gold, with lead and zinc outputs also noted. The company saw increased output from its Bolanitos, San Ignacio, and El Cubo sites, though VMC's output decreased due to a shift towards exploration.
