This acknowledgment recognizes the company's community outreach and integration programs in 2024, highlighting its environmental and social governance efforts.
Additionally, GSilver has finalized amended terms with Ocean Partners UK Ltd. regarding its Gold Credit Facility. The renegotiated facility involves a balance of 7,182 ounces of gold bullion, with repayments structured over 36 months. This adjustment, according to CEO James Anderson, allows the company increased financial flexibility to explore growth opportunities amidst a rising interest in precious metals.
