BlackRock reduces its stake in GTT below the 5% threshold

On October 8, 2026, BlackRock notified the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) that it had crossed below the 5% threshold of GTT's share capital and voting rights. The asset manager now holds 4.95% of the share capital, representing 1,838,365 shares. This reduction is due to a decrease in the number of shares held as collateral.

BlackRock reported that this decrease relates to shares under management on behalf of clients and funds. It includes 105,305 shares linked to CFD contracts, 7,129 shares from loan-borrowing transactions, and 1,928 shares held as collateral. Concurrently, an additional 34,774 shares are held on behalf of clients who have retained their voting rights.
