Pierre & Vacances Group: Update on capital and voting rights
The Pierre & Vacances Group has released details regarding the total number of shares and voting rights of the company as of December 31, 2025. The company, whose share capital amounts to 4,619,875.36 euros, has declared a total number of ordinary shares of 461,988,258.
Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number of rights is also 461,988,258. However, the net voting rights, exercisable at general meetings, amount to 461,884,716. This difference is due to treasury shares which are deprived of voting rights, as well as the 1,130 preferred shares not taken into account because they are not admitted to trading and have no voting rights.
