Publication of Exail Technologies' half-year results postponed

Exail Technologies has announced the postponement of the publication of its first-half 2026 results, now scheduled for no later than October 10, 2026. This delay is due to the need to review the complex accounting treatment of financial instruments issued by its subsidiaries. This decision was made in agreement with the company's auditors.

Despite this delay, Exail Technologies maintains that the financial figures already published remain valid. Revenue for the first half of the year reached €275 million, up 27% compared to the previous year. Current EBITDA increased by 43% to €63 million, and operating profit rose by 61% to €46 million.

The group's operational momentum remains excellent, supported by significant cash receipts expected in the second half of 2026, in the context of an upcoming acquisition by Thales.
