Exail Technologies: Total number of voting rights in March 2026
On March 20, 2026, Exail Technologies released details of the number of shares and voting rights associated with its share capital. As of that date, the share capital consisted of 17,044,747 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights was 23,643,419. However, 23,569,972 of these rights were exercisable. This difference is explained by 73,447 treasury shares, which are not included in the exercisable rights calculation.
