Exail Technologies SA successfully completes its €200 million bond issue
Exail Technologies SA announces the successful completion of its additional €200 million perpetual bond offering (ODIRNANE). These new bonds, issued at 127% of their face value, are in addition to the €300 million issued in October 2025. This issuance allows the company to benefit from financing with a negative yield.
The bonds are convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares. Exail has raised a total of €256 million. Admission to Euronext Access™ is planned for January 20, 2026. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of the iXblue acquisition.
BNP Paribas and Natixis acted as lead coordinators for the transaction. Exail and its main shareholder, Gorgé SA, have committed to a 90-day lock-up period following the issue date.
