Fnac Darty Reports Preliminary 2025 Unaudited Results
Fnac Darty, headquartered in Ivry-sur-Seine, France, released its preliminary unaudited financial results for 2025. The company announced a tender offer for remaining shares, while recording an estimated 0.7% increase in annual revenue on a like-for-like basis (LFL), with France contributing 0.5% to this growth. The current operating income is expected to rise slightly to €203 million, representing a margin of 2.0%.
The company's Free Cash Flow is anticipated to be around €145 million. Despite challenges, particularly with the Nature & Découvertes brand, Fnac Darty continues its strategic efforts for growth.
