Fnac Darty: Modest Growth and Evolving Strategies for 2025
Fnac Darty has published its preliminary results for 2025, showing modest growth. Annual revenue increased by 0.7% on a like-for-like basis, primarily due to slight increases in France (+0.5%) and Europe (+1.1%). However, the French market remains a challenge, with a decline of 0.6% in the fourth quarter.
Operating income reached €203 million, with an operating margin of 2%. Free cash flow amounted to €145 million. These results were supported by the group's omnichannel strategy, although France underperformed.
Fnac Darty is seeking a partner for Nature & Découvertes, which will be reclassified under IFRS 5. A takeover bid by EP Group is also underway. The full audited results will be released on February 25, 2026.
