Crit Group: Documents Preliminary to the General Assembly of June 5, 2026
The Crit Group has announced the availability of the necessary documents for the Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 5, 2026. This meeting will be held at the Ibis Paris Nord Porte de Saint-Ouen hotel. The preliminary notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on April 29, 2026. The formal notice of meeting, with details on how to participate, will be available on May 18, 2026.
In accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, these documents are available online on the Crit Group website. Shareholders may also obtain physical copies upon request via the company's email address. Bearer shareholders must provide proof of share ownership. The company's registered office also offers on-site consultation of the documents.
