First-Half Revenue of Airwell Group Reaches €21 Million
Airwell Group, noted for its smart energy ecosystems, announced H1 2026 revenue of €21.1 million, down 4% from €22 million in H1 2025. Mainland France saw a 10.7% growth in revenue, totaling €10.1 million, driven by a 131% increase in air-to-water heat pump sales. Conversely, international revenue decreased by 19.7% to €7.5 million, despite a partial recovery from air-to-air heat pumps.
In the residential sector, sales comprised 89%, with the remaining 11% in the commercial domain. With strengthened sales momentum, especially in France, Airwell anticipates revenue growth resuming in H2. Key drivers include anticipated demand from recent heat waves and ongoing cost optimizations aimed at improving profitability.
The Group remains focused on prudent cash management while navigating financing challenges. The development of the STERENN AI project, a premium indoor heat pump, continues with an upcoming pilot installation. As the last French industrial-scale heat pump producer, Airwell aims to leverage future opportunities in the low-carbon heating market.
