Aéroports de Paris Files 2025 Universal Registration Document
On March 30, 2026, Aéroports de Paris SA submitted its 2025 Universal Registration Document, number D.26-0180, to the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in ESEF format. The document is available for viewing and downloading on both the Group's and the AMF's websites. An English version will soon follow.
The registration document encompasses the 2025 financial report, a corporate governance report, specifics about the share buyback program, the Fiscal 2025 management report with sustainability elements, and statutory auditors' reports alongside auditor fee details.
In 2025, Groupe ADP recorded revenue of €6,704 million and a net income of €382 million, serving nearly 379 million passengers globally. Operating 26 airports worldwide, including three major ones in Paris, it focuses on decarbonization and expanding into multi-energy hubs.
