Grenke AG Reports EUR 2.4 Billion in New Business for 2025
Grenke AG, a financing partner for small and medium enterprises, announced a year-on-year increase of 5.8% in its leasing new business, achieving EUR 781.2 million in the third quarter of 2025. The total for the first three quarters reached EUR 2.4 billion. The Contribution Margin 2 (CM2) rose to EUR 129.9 million, indicating strong future profitability, with a CM2 margin of 16.6% aligning with the company's guidance.
The DACH region led growth with a 9.4% increase, and a 26.5% share of the leasing new business. Western Europe followed with a 12.3% rise, particularly from France. Growth was also noted in Southern Europe, while a decrease was seen in Northern/Eastern Europe.
Grenke Bank reported stable deposit levels and a EUR 10.2 million lending new business. Factoring new business declined due to the ongoing transfer to Teylor AG. The results highlight Grenke’s strategic focus on diversification and market independence.
