Grenke AG Achieves Annual Leasing Target with EUR 3.3 Billion in New Business

Grenke AG reported a 7.8% increase in leasing new business in 2025, reaching EUR 3.294.6 million, in line with its annual guidance. The company achieved its target despite macroeconomic uncertainties, focusing on core markets and expanding in future markets. The Contribution Margin 2 (CM2) rose by 6.1% to EUR 550.2 million, with a CM2 margin of 16.7%.

The IT equipment category led lease contracts, while direct customer business saw growth. Germany and France were primary growth drivers, with strong performances from the DACH and Western Europe regions. The deposit business remained stable, and factoring business volume declined due to a partial transfer to Teylor AG.

Despite a decrease in the Northern/Eastern Europe region, other regions, including the USA, showed substantial growth. The 2025 financial year results will be published in March 2026.
