Greencells Achieves Record Results in 2025

Greencells GmbH, a prominent EPC service provider for solar power plants and battery energy storage systems in Europe, has reported impressive financial results for the fiscal year 2025. The company witnessed a notable increase in revenue, reaching EUR 165.3 million, a 43.9% rise from the previous year. EBIT saw a substantial improvement to EUR 9.6 million, marking the highest profitability in its 17-year history. Consolidated net income was EUR 6.9 million with a return on sales after tax at 4.2%.

Order intake surpassed expectations with over EUR 182 million. This success follows Greencells' strategic realignment in 2024, focusing on core EPC and O&M services. The Zahid Group's increased stake to 92.5% has bolstered financial stability, supporting future growth. In 2026, Greencells forecasts an EBIT of EUR 8.75 to 9.25 million, supported by project milestones across Europe.
