Gratomic Inc. Secures 15-Year Renewal of Namibian Mining Licence

Gratomic Inc. has announced the renewal of its Mining Licence ML215 in Namibia for an additional 15 years, now effective through March 2040. This confirmation follows positive engagements with the Namibian Ministry of Mines and Energy. According to the company, the processing plant has completed successful performance testing as of October 2025.

With the new licence secured, Gratomic plans to remobilize its operational team post-holiday season. The company, however, underscores that no Preliminary Economic Analysis or Feasibility Study has been finalized, making future production and costs uncertain. The company aims to conduct a Feasibility Study to evaluate scaling up its Aukam plant for commercial operations.

Risk factors include the absence of defined mineral resources and the possibility of not meeting production or cost expectations, which could adversely affect Gratomic's financial health. Despite these uncertainties, the renewal marks a significant milestone for the company in its mining endeavors.
