Goldman Sachs reports that Worldline has reached significant milestones.
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. recently announced that it had crossed, first downward and then upward, voting thresholds related to Worldline. On March 24, 2026, Goldman Sachs reduced its stake below 5% of the voting rights. At that date, the company indirectly held 17,957,277 shares, representing 5.56% of the share capital but 4.88% of the voting rights.
The following day, March 25, 2026, Goldman Sachs once again crossed the 5% threshold in voting rights, reaching 5.63% with 20,700,543 shares. These fluctuations resulted from off-market transactions. These movements indicate a strategic responsiveness by Goldman Sachs regarding its stake in Worldline.
