Lake Victoria Gold Unveils Resource Estimate for Tembo Project

Lake Victoria Gold, listed on TSXV, has reported its initial resource estimate for the Tembo gold project, located in north-western Tanzania. The site, entirely owned by Lake Victoria Gold, lies close to Barrick Mining's Bulyanhulu mine. This development marks a significant transition, converting Tembo from a mere drilling site to a recognized gold asset, underpinned by already granted mining licenses.

The estimate highlights resources in three zones: Ngula 1, Nyakagwe Village, and Nyakagwe East. Within the open-pit limits, Indicated resources are pegged at 99,700 ounces of gold (2.69 million tonnes at 1.16 g/t), with Inferred resources at 480,100 ounces (13.33 million tonnes at 1.12 g/t). This information serves as a basis for potential near-term gold production plans.
