Gold Terra Unveils Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for Yellowknife Project
Gold Terra Resource Corp has released an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for its Yellowknife Project in Northwest Territories. Conducted by SLR Consulting, this update includes the Yellorex, Zone 103N, and Crestaurum deposits. Zone 103N, part of the Con Mine Option, adds 595,000 inferred ounces within 5.1 million tonnes grading 3.64 g/t gold. This new estimate is based on a gold price of US$2,600 per ounce.
The Con Mine Option is under a potential acquisition agreement with Newmont, allowing Gold Terra to fully own the property by November 2027, provided certain conditions are met. Current drilling on the Campbell Shear aims to expand resources, with further updates expected in late 2026. The estimate highlights the site's potential, especially at Zone 103N, paving the way for a pre-feasibility study set for 2027.
