Global Fashion Group's Q2 2026 Financial Results

Global Fashion Group S.A. (GFG) reported a significant milestone in Q2 2026 with its first profitable half-year, achieving an Adjusted EBITDA of €6.1 million, up from €3.0 million in Q2 2025. Despite challenges, including a 0.6% decrease in Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and a 2.9% decline in revenue, GFG maintained a stable gross margin of 47.7%.

CEO Christoph Barchewitz credited the achievement to enhanced unit economics and cost discipline. The group’s NMV was €263 million, and although active customers decreased by 5.5%, the order frequency increased by 1.8%. Regional performance varied with ANZ showing a slight NMV increase, while LATAM and SEA faced declines. GFG expects challenges for the rest of the year but narrowed its NMV and EBITDA guidance for 2026.
