Global Atomic Launches C$50 Million Public Offering
Global Atomic Corporation announced a C$50 million public offering, collaborating with Red Cloud Securities Inc. as the sole underwriter. The offering consists of 100 million units priced at C$0.50 each. Every unit includes one common share and a half-share purchase warrant, with warrants exercisable at C$0.70 per share within 36 months post-closing. An additional 15% of units may be offered through an over-allotment option.
The proceeds from this offering aim to advance the Dasa Project and support general working capital. CEO Stephen G. Roman indicated this step helps bridge the funding gap before accessing the DFC’s US$414 million contribution.
Global Atomic will file a prospectus supplement in Canada, excluding Quebec, and intends to offer units in the U.S. on a private placement basis. The offering is expected to close by October 1, 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
