Provision of documents for the GL EVENTS General Assembly

GL EVENTS invites its shareholders to its Combined General Meeting on April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Matmut Stadium, Lyon. The agenda and draft resolutions have been available in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) since March 25, 2026. A second notice will be published on April 13, 2026, also in the BALO and in a legal notices newspaper.

In accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, the preparatory documents will be available online on the GL EVENTS website at least 21 days before the General Meeting. They will also be available for shareholder consultation at the company's registered office from the date of the notice of meeting. First-quarter 2026 revenue will be published on April 15, 2026, after market close.
