GL Events: Executive Compensation Policy and Voting Results
The events group GL Events presented its remuneration policy for corporate officers and board members at the Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2026. This policy is based on recommendations from the remuneration and nominations committee, incorporating performance criteria aligned with the company's CSR strategy.
Compensation includes a fixed component and a variable component of up to 40% of the total, linked to quantitative and qualitative criteria. Free shares may also be awarded. In exceptional circumstances, the board of directors may temporarily deviate from this policy to protect the company's interests.
During the meeting, all resolutions concerning these remunerations were adopted by a majority vote.
