Giyani Metals Corp. Files Definitive Feasibility Study for K.Hill Project

Giyani Metals Corp. has announced the filing of the National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for its K.Hill Battery-Grade Manganese Project in Botswana. This follows the initial feasibility study announcement on May 28, 2026, which indicated economic returns with a post-tax NPV of US$482 million and an IRR of 20.3%.

Nigel Robinson, Interim Executive Chair, highlighted the completion of the feasibility study as an essential phase, paving the way for further development. Giyani aims to enhance project economics by optimizing operations while maintaining responsible development practices and community engagement.
