GEVELOT SA: 2026 half-year review and outlook
GEVELOT SA published its financial report for the first half of 2026, showing a moderate increase in its consolidated revenue to 81.8 million euros, representing a 2.1% increase compared to 2025. However, current operating income remained stable at 3.4 million euros, compared to 3.5 million previously, despite a favorable effect from the product mix offset by increased operating costs.
The financial result improved significantly, reaching €5.1 million, compared to a loss of €0.5 million last year, primarily due to foreign exchange gains. Consequently, net profit for the first half of the year amounted to €7.4 million, a marked improvement compared to the net profit of €1.9 million projected for 2025. Geopolitical tensions and rising freight costs are impacting operations, but the group maintains a positive outlook for the year.
