Andrea Mangoni joins Getlink's Board of Directors

On July 23, 2025, Getlink announced the appointment of Mr. Andrea Mangoni to the Board of Directors as a non-independent director. He succeeds Mr. Jean Mouton, who resigned. This co-option will be subject to ratification at the next general meeting.

Mr. Mangoni, currently Managing Director of Mundys, brings extensive experience in infrastructure and energy. His career includes leadership positions at several major companies such as Acea, Sorgenia, and DoValue. He also made a significant impact at Telecom Italia and TIM Brazil.
