Gerresheimer Shows Revenue Growth and Stable EBITDA in Q3 2026
Gerresheimer AG reported an 8% increase in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, reaching EUR 605 million, compared to EUR 560 million in Q3 2025. The company's adjusted EBITDA remained stable at EUR 103 million, slightly below last year's EUR 106 million. Over the first nine months, revenue held steady at EUR 1.7 billion, with adjusted EBITDA dropping to EUR 272 million from EUR 331 million in 2025, affected by reduced inventories and lower performance in some divisions.
The Containment & Delivery Systems division was key in revenue growth, driven by heightened demand for drug delivery devices, achieving a 24.5% adjusted EBITDA margin in Q3 2026. Meanwhile, the Primary Injectable Solutions division saw stabilization in Q3 with improved EBITDA margin, despite a year-to-date decrease. Moulded Glass faced challenges with reduced inventory impacting earnings.
Gerresheimer anticipates a stronger Q4, aligning with its guidance, and is prepping to finalize the sale of its Primary Packaging Plastics business by Q1 2027. This follows the successful Centor sale, aiding in their transformation strategy focused on refinancing and operational improvements.
