Amperra capital reorganization finalized
On July 17, 2025, Gérard Perrier Industrie announced the completion of the capital reorganization of Amperra, its controlling holding company. This transaction, following an agreement dated July 7, 2025, sees Crédit Mutuel Equity and Garibaldi Participations acquire stakes in Amperra. They acquire 26.94% and 3.98% of the shares, respectively, leading to the exit of GC Participations and the Siparex ETI IV fund.
This transaction does not affect Gérard Perrier Industrie's control structure, with Amperra retaining 52% of the group's capital and 67.06% of the voting rights. The Perrier family maintains its majority control, holding 69.08% of Amperra's capital and voting rights.
Gérard Perrier Industrie sees this reorganization as a strengthening of its capital structure, ensuring its growth while preserving its family independence.
