GenSight Biologics completes private placement of nearly €4 million

On July 3, 2025, GenSight Biologics announced the completion of a €3.9 million private placement. This financing resulted in the issuance of 21,251,267 ordinary shares, which will be available on Euronext Paris as of July 4, 2025. The transaction also includes the issuance of share purchase warrants, which will be admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth market in Paris on July 7, 2025.
