Gecina's Third Quarter Performance Highlights Leasing Growth and Financial Stability
Gecina reported robust leasing activity in the first nine months of 2026. The company secured 140,000 square meters of office space leases, with 92,000 square meters executed in the third quarter alone. This marks a decade-high performance, strengthening rental revenue visibility.
Gecina achieved 1.7% like-for-like rental growth, surpassing indexation rates, and maintained a 94.0% occupancy rate. This increase was driven by both office and residential sectors. New leases in Paris La Défense further ensured full occupancy for strategic assets.
The company successfully optimized its financing strategy. It used proceeds from asset disposals to fund development capex, securing €333 million in 2026. Despite rising interest rates, Gecina remains committed to disciplined asset management and future growth beyond 2028.
Gecina also excelled in ESG performance, ranking first in the GRESB assessment with a 94.3/100 score. These achievements highlight its commitment to sustainability and resilient business operations.
