GECI International: End of the Dispute with the Grand Est Region

GECI International has announced the end of a long-standing dispute with the Grand Est region, thanks to a favorable ruling from the Court of Cassation. On December 3, 2025, the Court partially overturned the lower court's decision without remanding the case, confirming the unenforceability of the second guarantee issued in 2011 for Sky Aircraft, due to the lack of authorization from the Board of Directors. The repayment of the €6.1 million advance can no longer be demanded.

The final advance of €5 million remains, of which €4 million has been withheld since 2014. The potential repayment of the remaining €1 million follows a strict protocol, limiting any repayment to 10% of net income. GECI International will disclose the balance in its financial report.

This decision allows the company to focus on its strategic Digital and Technology divisions, aiming for sustainable growth.
