GEA's Half-Year Liquidity Contract Review

The liquidity contract of the Grenobloise company Elect.Autom., managed by Exane BNP Paribas, presents its results as of December 31, 2025. On that date, the liquidity account had 1,486 shares with a balance of €80,478.

During the second half of 2025, 667 shares were purchased for €54,179 through 181 transactions, while 438 shares were sold for €35,601 through 168 transactions.

As a reminder, the previous balance sheet, as of June 30, 2025, showed 1,261 shares and €97,934. During the first half of 2025, 1,089 shares were acquired for €92,550, and 1,288 shares were sold for €110,183.

Since the implementation of the AMF decision in July 2021, the account has seen its assets evolve, illustrating GEA's active liquidity management.
