Half-yearly Report on the GEA Liquidity Contract

Grenobloise Electric Automatisation has published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract, managed by Exane BNP Paribas. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account included 1,461 shares and €79,131. During the second half of 2024, 687 shares were purchased for €49,991, and 661 shares sold for €48,726.

Compared to the previous balance sheet of June 30, 2024, where the account showed 1,449 securities and €78,099, the number of transactions has decreased. In the first half of 2024, purchases were 1,236 securities for €110,319, and sales were 992 securities for €90,710.

Since the implementation of AMF Decision 2021-01, initial resources included 713 securities and €131,452 as of July 1, 2021. Overall, the number of transactions over the year showed consistent activity on the market.
