Gaumont: Document layout for the 2026 Annual General Meeting

Gaumont will hold its Combined General Meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in Paris. Preparatory documents for this meeting are now available online on the company's website, starting April 8, 2026. Shareholders can thus consult the agenda and the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the law, the required documents are available on the Gaumont website, particularly in the Finance section. Shareholders can also request that these documents be sent to them by mail. Holders of bearer shares must provide a certificate of shareholding.
