Garanti Bank Seeks Approval for Investment Warrants

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has made a recent application to the Capital Markets Board to issue "Garanti Bank Investment Institution Warrants". This initiative involves an aggregate nominal value of 15 billion TRY, with each warrant valued at TRY 0.1. The total issuance could reach up to 150 million Turkish Lira within a year.
