Galloper Gold Proposes Acquisition of Glover Island Gold Deposit
Galloper Gold Corp., listed as BOOM on the CSE and GGDCF on OTC Pink, has submitted a proposal to the Newfoundland and Labrador Minister of Industry, Technology and Energy. This proposal responds to a government request for proposals concerning the Glover Island Exempt Mineral Land issued in November 2024.
The Exempt Mineral Land, created in 2012, includes former Mining Lease 170-A and surrounds Galloper's current exploration licenses. This land covers 1,925 hectares, with a 43-101 compliant gold resource estimate of 58,200 oz indicated and 120,600 oz inferred. The land offers potential for gold as well as base metals copper and zinc, although Galloper has yet to independently verify these estimates.
Winning the proposal would grant exclusive mineral rights with conditions considering the island's protected status. CEO Hratch Jabrayan is optimistic about the proposal's importance for Galloper's development. Additionally, Jan Urata was appointed as Corporate Secretary effective January 1, 2025, succeeding Rav Mlait.
