Gabriel Resources Extends Private Placement Deadline

Gabriel Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GBU) announced an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange to complete its non-brokered private placement by November 13, 2025. Initially closing on September 12, 2025, the company issued 26,659,886 units for a gross of US$2.04 million. Each unit comprises one common share and one purchase warrant, with the warrant exercisable at C$0.14 over five years.

The proceeds aim to cover general corporate expenses and ICSID annulment application costs. The placement awaits further regulatory approval. Note that securities are not registered under U.S. laws, thus, they can't be offered in the U.S. This release doesn't constitute an offer in the U.S.
