Fundraising for W&nergy via Enerfip
Charwood Energy has announced a €2 million crowdfunding campaign for its subsidiary W&nergy on the Enerfip platform. This funding will support a pyrogasification project in Cognac, aimed at decarbonizing industries. This process will transform biomass into synthetic gas, used to reduce natural gas consumption.
By securing the transaction through a pledge of its shares, W&nergy aims to accelerate the development of its renewable energy production units. The fundraising period will open on July 10, 2026, and close on August 10, 2026. Subscriptions are eligible for the French PEA-PME investment scheme.
