Funding Circle Plc Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has repurchased 99,150 of its own Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of a share buyback program announced on May 15, 2025. The shares were bought from Investec Bank plc and will be canceled. The highest price paid per share was 141.60p, with the lowest at 139.00p. The volume-weighted average price settled at 140.6014p.

Following this transaction, the total number of issued shares with voting rights now stands at 310,226,936. No shares are held in treasury. This adjustment in share capital may affect shareholder notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
