Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback

Funding Circle Holdings plc has purchased 64,699 Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange from Investec Bank plc. This transaction is part of the buyback program announced in May 2025.

The shares were bought at a highest price of 158.00p, a lowest of 148.00p, and a volume-weighted average of 153.5493p. These shares will be held in treasury, increasing the total to 3,797,901 Ordinary Shares in treasury, while 300,943,675 remain in issue.
