Funding Circle Executes Share Buyback on LSE
Funding Circle Holdings plc has executed a share buyback from Investec Bank plc on the London Stock Exchange, continuing its repurchase program announced on 15 May 2025. The buyback took place between 30 March 2026 and 2 April 2026, acquiring a total of 255,749 Ordinary Shares.
The average purchase price ranged from 126.5331p to 131.1398p per share, with a highest price of 133.0000p and a lowest of 125.2000p. The shares acquired will be held in treasury, bringing the total to 5,774,732 treasury shares.
Following this transaction, the company now has a total issued share capital of 304,741,576 shares, with 298,966,844 shares entitled to voting rights.
