Funding Circle Executes Share Buy-Back on LSE

Funding Circle Holdings plc has completed a share buy-back, purchasing 60,281 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction was conducted by Investec Bank plc, with the highest and lowest prices per share being 125.20p and 123.80p, respectively, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 124.7019p.

The shares acquired will be held in treasury, bringing the total treasury shares to 1,667,954. The company's total issued share capital now comprises 304,741,576 shares, with 303,073,622 shares constituting the total voting rights.

This buy-back is in line with Funding Circle's announcement from May 2025, as part of their capital management strategy under the Market Abuse Regulation framework.
