Funding Circle Executes Share Buy-Back

Funding Circle Holdings plc recently completed a buy-back of 65,000 ordinary shares through transactions on the London Stock Exchange, facilitated by Investec Bank plc. This move is part of the company's ongoing repurchase program initiated on 15 May 2025.

The purchase, conducted on 6 January 2026, featured an average price of 129.8341 pence per share. Prices per share ranged from 127.00 pence to a high of 131.40 pence.

Following this transaction, Funding Circle now holds 2,564,961 shares in treasury. The total issued share capital, including treasury shares, stands at 304,741,576, with 302,176,615 shares representing the total voting rights.

These figures will aid shareholders in determining necessary disclosures under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
