As of March 31, 2026, Fuller's share capital comprised 36,446,686 “A” Ordinary Shares, 89,052,625 “B” Ordinary Shares, and 13,101,666 “C” Ordinary Shares, each holding a single vote.
A total of 4,938,377 “A” Ordinary Shares and 4,327,915 “B” Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury. Consequently, the listed voting rights amount to 31,508,309. Shareholders may use this number for notifying changes in their stakes under FCA rules.
